Moonlight Lashes requires a $10 deposit sent to moonlighttlashes@gmail.com within 24 hours of booking your appointment. Without this deposit, your appointment will not be confirmed. This deposit is non-refundable, meaning if you decide to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will not receive your deposit back. Please see cancellation policy for more details.
24 hours notice must be given if you wish to cancel your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours until your appointment time, your $10 deposit will not be refunded. You may cancel your appointment through Moonlight Lashes’ booking site, through text, or through direct message on social media.
A no-show is when you do not show up to your appointment time without a call, text or email. You will then lose your $10 deposit and not be rescheduled.
No guests are permitted at this time. Washrooms will be available if necessary, but not recommended. Sanitizer will be available upon entry and exit. Even if you are fully vaccinated, masks are still required. You will be charged $2 and provided a mask if you do not show up wearing one. You do not need to be vaccinated to be served, however you must be symptom-free and have not been in contact with a covid-19 positive person within the last 14 days.
